What we store

Your batch plan — guest count, servings, chosen drink and checked-off list items — is saved in your own browser under hpl-plan. It never leaves your device. There is no account, no login and no server-side profile of you.

Because the calculator runs entirely in the browser, you can clear that plan with your browser settings and nothing is retained anywhere else. The download button exports the same data as a plain text file so you are not locked in.

Cookies and measurement

The site does not set its own cookies and ships no tracking scripts. If analytics is added later it will be listed here, with the provider named, before it goes live.

If advertising is ever enabled on this site, ad serving in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland requires a Google-certified consent management platform, and this page will explain how consent is collected. Today there are no ads on this site.

Children

The recipes are written for adults hosting parties, including parties children attend. The site is not directed at children, does not ask for any personal information, and collects none.

Affiliate disclosure

Some pages may include links to equipment shops. If you buy through one of those links we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you.

What we link: kit and decoration only, such as a punch bowl, reusable cups or decorations. What we never link: the drink ingredients. Those are groceries, the commissions are negligible, and a buy button next to “white grape juice” would be a bad recommendation.

Commission never decides the order of a list. The kit section exists because those are the three things people forget, not because a program pays more for them.

Status: no affiliate program is active yet. Every link on this site is currently plain and untracked.
